Our plans provide a choice for 3 or 6 visits a year with licensed professional counselors.
Caba’s counselors who provide Employee Assistance Services are state-licensed professionals with advanced degrees from accredited universities and many are Certified Employee Assistance Professionals (CEAP).
Our current client utilization of Employee Assistance Plans is 7%–10% compared to national averages of 4%–5%.
Sessions are offered during the work week with extended hours and off-site locations for working employees. Counselors are available twenty-four hours, seven days a week for crisis management and emergency situations.

We offer supervisory training and employee orientations to introduce services available through Employee Assistance Programs and explain how to access and utilize the program.
Caba conducts specialty training workshops including Signs and Symptoms of Drug and Alcohol in the Workplace; Juggling Work Place and Home Life Pressures; Subtle Sexual Harassment; Teamwork; Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and Coping with Grief.
We can provide custom training programs for specific issues upon request.
Caba supports your HR department and continuously evaluates your program and suggests changes to ensure its success.
